Back Office Solution performs all Treasury Back Office functions offering full STP and automation, thus eliminating manual errors and enabling easy monitoring of processes and data export. The solution allows for customized deal tickets and confirmations, powerful audit trail, follow up of payments and Nostro current and expected balances, as well as complete and automated generation of accounting entries.

Regarding accounting, once the GL structure is set up, the system produces all the accounting entries resulted by transactions or positions / portfolios. Specific modules are reporting GL positions and evolution, Nostro balances and projections, daily accounting entries. is compliant with IFRS, producing various types of fair values depending on the IFRS category. NPVs, based on market rates for fair value or effective rates for amortized cost, can be calculated and reported for different types of deals. Hedge relationships and ratios are analyzed between the underlying position and the hedge, with a hedge ratio provided. In terms of accounting, it is possible to define different types of posting rules according to the IFRS Group to which a transaction is linked.

Reconciliation processes can be implemented. Paper and/or SWIFT confirmations are generated by the system.

Payments can be sent upon validation, according to the defined Settlement instructions and the payment path.
